An item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date
the item was shipped. The item must be returned in its original box. To
avail a full refund, please ensure that the receipt includes the following:
The original transaction receipt date.
The original transaction amount.
The original packaging materials.
A description of the merchandise returned, services cancelled or adjustments made.
All returned items must be in new and unworn condition and without
having been sized or altered in any way. We will refund the charges less
our shipping charges in the same form of payment that the purchase was made.
All refunds will be made at manager's discretion.
Gold House adheres to the following precautions:
- No cash or refunds for merchandise purchased with a Visa or MasterCard.
- No credit refunds to any Visa or MasterCard card not used for
the original transaction.
- We cannot credit a transaction for any amount over the orginal amount.
- If the customer requests size modification or alteration of the item, the cutomer must pay the additional labour plus parts changes. If the customer returns the item, the labour and parts charges will not be refunded.
Modification and alteration charges will be anywhere from $10-$20.
- On receipt of the package/parcel, it is the sole responsibility
of the cutomer to inform the company within 24 hours of any damage to the
packaging or missing items, in order to receive a replacement of items.
